Conditioning All Parts Of The Body Through Exercise Starting Over Talk

Exercise is a physical activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning any part of the body. Exercise is utilized to improve health and maintain fitness. Exercise is very important for the body, as it keeps it healthy. Lack of exercise can lead to improper health. There are so many conditions associated with lack of exercise, including diabetes, obesity and hypertension. Most doctors recommend exercise as a way of eradicating most of the diseases today.

Exercises can be categorized into three, light exercises, moderate exercises and vigorous exercises. Light exercises can be done while talking at the same time. These include walking. Moderate exercises make one feel slightly out of breath, but not to the point where it is unbearable. Examples include walking up a hill. Vigorous exercises increase the speed of breathing, and are quite exhaustive. Jogging, cycling, swimming and weight training are examples of vigorous exercise.

Everyone should aim at doing vigorous exercise. Before starting any kind of vigorous exercise, it is recommended that one sees a physician on the kind of exercise they can take part in, in order to know whether it is good for their health. Once health and fitness are determined, and any or all-physical restrictions identified, an individual?s exercise program should be under the supervision of a health care professional. This is particularly true when exercise is used as a form of rehabilitation. If symptoms of dizziness, nausea, excessive shortness of breath or chest pain are present during any exercise program, an individual should stop the activity and inform a physician about these symptoms before resuming activity. Exercise equipment must be checked to determine if it can bear the weight of people of all sizes and shapes.
